Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return window: Request a return within 3 days of delivery only in case of damaged/wrong product delivered. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

How to start: Email with your order number and reason. We'll arrange a reverse pickup or share instructions within 7 business days.

Refunds: After we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days for prepaid orders. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer/UPI to details you provide.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
